Industrial Engineer | Consumer Packaged Goods Experience | Passionate about Technology & Business Analysis
👨💼 Industrial Engineer with a strategic mindset and solid experience in operations, project management, and business development. Successfully led the design and launch of the export operation for a multinational company in Mexico 🚀 and built two profitable startups 💰. Currently enhancing my technical expertise through AWS certifications ☁️, bridging business strategy with cloud and digital solutions.
🔍 Beyond my technical foundation, I'm driven by analytical curiosity. I tend to ask many questions — not for the sake of questioning, but to understand root causes, challenge assumptions, and uncover what truly drives results. This approach, along with my ability to gain trust and gather information from people at all levels, allows me to connect operational details with strategic decisions.
🎯 I'm action-oriented by nature. I move ideas into structured plans and plans into measurable outcomes. I track progress 📊, not only to validate impact but because seeing the data behind the work keeps me motivated and focused. The mindset that "the job's not finished" ✅ guides much of how I operate.
On the personal side, I stay active through strength training 💪 and mountain biking 🚵, and I enjoy sports, guitar 🎸, and rock music. I'm at my best outdoors 🌲, and I have a genuine affection for animals, dogs especially 🐕, but honestly, if I had a giraffe, I'd like her just as much 🦒.

This serverless architecture leverages AWS services to deliver a highly scalable, cost-effective, and secure portfolio website. The solution uses S3 for static hosting, CloudFront for global content delivery, Route 53 for DNS management, and AWS Certificate Manager for SSL/TLS certificates.
View Project DetailsAWS Services Used:
Route 53 directs user traffic to the application hosted on AWS Amplify, secured with certificates from ACM. The backend is exposed through API Gateway, which triggers Lambda functions. These functions access DynamoDB using an IAM Role that manages secure permissions.
Information Flow:
Users access the domain managed by Route 53. The request reaches the Amplify-hosted app, which makes a fetch call to API Gateway. API Gateway routes the request to a Lambda function, where the core logic is processed. Lambda then reads or writes data in DynamoDB and sends the response back through the same path until it reaches the user.

Visionary Leadership vs Data Driven Leadership
• Lee Iacocca advocated and fought for the mandatory use of seat belts, and the industry did not reciprocate until the government made it law. (Many years passed in the process.)
• Steve Jobs did not believe in market research because, in his opinion, people don't know what they need until you show it to them.
• Henry Ford allegedly believed that if he had asked people what they wanted, they would have told him faster horses.
Data paves the way 99% of the time, but sometimes it's vision that leads.
